I still can't get over that Donna and Joe have two little ones with another on the way. Seems alot happened while Matt and I were following Pierson about.

I need to get ahold of Will and find out just what happened between him and Nathan (and why he stoped emailing me).

First things first is to meet those twins Nathan goes on about.

I have so much to get ready.

"So Connor's heading to Scotland...and Adam who knows where when Claire comes back." Dana said finally poking at her food.
"I know. He's gonna be a bastard about it too, I'm sure of it. At least he's driving." Matt sighed and looked up at her.
"So..." She pushed her food around with her fork more. "What about us?"
He sighed. "I've got to follow the guy Dana, at least keep tabs on him. If he settles somewhere..."
"You don't have too...neither of are technically watchers anymore. And he isn't going to like someone keeping tabs on him." Dana pointed out.
"Dana, he's the oldest living immortal. He altered his records, he hid in the Watchers for ten years, I don't want to lose track of him just yet." Matt put down his fork and pushed his plate back. "If he settles down I can probably keep an eye on him remotely, or get a local to do it."
Dana sighed softly. Of course he wouldn't ask her to go with him. "So...I guess this is pretty much it then?"
"What about Connor? Claire's a trained Watcher, even if she's one of them now..." Matt asked, leaning back.
"You’re assuming she's even going to stay with him, Matt." Dana pointed out.
Matt sighed and shook his head. "I dunno Dana. I have no idea what to do but stick with this. I don't know what else I'd do."
"Matt...Do you want me to come with you?" Dana finally asked.
He blinked and stared at her. "Would you? I didn't want to make you think... I want you to, yes."
"Oh Matt, of course I'd come with you. I love you, you idiot." She grinned at him slightly reaching across the table to squeeze his hand. "I always liked playing with all the equipment better than keeping records anyways."
"You wouldn't mind living in an RV with me?"
"So long as you cook, nope." Dana said.
Matt grinned and shook his head. "And here I've been wondering how I was going to force myself to drive out of here when Pierson hits the road."
"You really weren’t going to ask me?" she said in shock.
"Well, I was, but I was afraid you’d say no."
Dana got out of her chair walking around to kiss him. "Silly boy."
"I know, I know. But hey, all better now, right?" Matt grinned and kissed her back.
"Am I going to have cameras to play with?" She asked.
"Of course. We'll go rig his RV tomorrow when he's not looking!"
Dana grinned wider. "I like that idea."

So many things to worry about.

So many people to worry about. Matt, Will, Claire, Jon, Joe, Donna...

I can't sleep at night. Not really. Ever since Pierson and Amanda pulled that damn stunt, I can't close my eyes untill the sun comes up. I can't sleep, I can't rest.

Matt thinks I'm going through my files seeing if I can't find a lead. I'm sure if he even realizes my 'water' is vodka.

I wish Will hadn't left this weekend, I could use his shoulder...not that he's in any state to help me...

I'm not sure if I'm going to kill them, maim them, or intergate them for how the HELL they got past my system. And no Adam it doesn't make me feel better that the 'preseant' you two left trussed up in the living room would have set off my system.

If you two had wanted the fucking tapes so bad you could have just asked. I don't find this funny at all.

It SO nice to have friends that don't seem to give a rats ass that the only thing helping Matt's peice of mind was that bloody system.

Yea fuck you both.

Shopping today with the girls was fun. Amanda as a hell of an eye for color.

Donna you'd better tell us how it goes.

You have just entered room "HL RP Gossip."
Amanda breathed deeply, smiling. "So, where are we starting?" she asked Donna.
"The beginning is always a good place." Dana commented.
"I thought you were the expert on such things," Donna answered teasingly before shrugging. "I'm not picky. Anyone have any suggestions?"
"Well, what are we planning for Joe? How badly do you want to shock him?"
"What sort of scene are you trying to set?" Dana asked.
"God, so many questions!" Donna shook her head as if to clear it. "Amanda, yes, I want to shock him, but not so much as say... Dana would shock him."
She winked at the younger woman. "As for the scene, well..."
Amanda laughed. "Well, than I suggests roses, candles, wine, and yourself, in something sweet but sexy."
"I like to shock people." Dana said under her breath with a grin. "Something red. What do you think Claire?"
"Roses, candles, wine. All things I know he'd like..." Donna looked up, surprised. "Red?"
"I agree. You like to show people." Claire grinned. "But red...not for Donna. Something paler for her."
"I agree. Maybe something blue?" Amanda eyed her.
"Anything but pink," Donna added. "Pink... is not my color. Blue I like."
"Blue. Royal blue or pale blue?"
"Pale blue I think." Dana said looking Donna over.
Nodding, Amanda walked into the store. "And long," she called over her shoulder.
Following Amanda, Donna blushed a little as she said, "I agree, on both suggestions."
"You can work up to short tight black with garter belts." Dana grinned putting an arm over Donna's shoulder.
"Maybe someday." Donna smiled, returning the embrace. "Joe can't handle that... yet."
Amanda chuckled. "Let's stick with the sweet look for now, Dana."
"Is there anyone who can handle that?" Claire questioned, blinking.
"Oh, yes, Claire," Amanda said, smirking. "There is."
"And Amanda would know," Donna added, grinning.
"I'm quite sure Connor could handle that Claire." Dana chuckled.
Laughing, Amanda handed Donna something in light blue. "I'm sure he could too. Maybe you should pick something out for him?"
"But could I handle him handling it." Claire blushed.
Faile02 has left the room.
Dana giggled. "Claire sweetie, you could be wearing a paper sack and Connor would think you were sex on legs."
Donna looked over the fabric in her hands. "Most men think that way," Donna agreed. "You think Joe would like this?"
"I think he would." Dana said.
"Can't see him not..." Amanda grinned. "Look, its cut modest with just a hint of sex, it's a good color, and shows off your long legs. Go try it on."
The blush in her face got deeper, but Donna nodded her head in agreement as she headed for the dressing room. "I'll be a few minutes."
"Shall we find you something Claire?" Dana laughed.
"No, nope." Claire shook her head wildly. "Why don't we look for you?"
"Claire!" Amanda laughed. "Don't be so shy. I'm sure Connor would appreciate it.
Dana grinned. "I've still got a few outfits Matt hasn't seen yet. C'mon Claire, something silky never hurt...”
Donna rapped her knuckles softly on the dressing room door. "How do I look?" she asked quietly, stepping forward. "Claire, I'm sure they'll find you something nice."
"Donna, you'll wow Joe." Dana told her.
"Very nice," Amanda smiled.
"Beautiful." Claire smiled.
Donna could help but grin. "Home run on the first try, I guess. Let me change and then we'll see if we can find something perfect for Claire."
"Sounds like a plan to me!" Amanda idly thumbed through a nearby rack of clothing.
"No, no. We can leave after you change!"
"I'm not going to be the only one buying something!" Donna called behind her as the door closed.
"What color for Claire?" Dana said.
"You're outnumbered on this one, Claire." Looking as her, Amanda tilted her head. "I say green... forest green, I think."
Claire sighed. "I'm not getting out of this, am I?"
"No."
"Forest green would be great for her." Dana grinned. "And no."
Emerging from the dressing room, Donna added, "Don't worry, you're not alone in this, Claire. But... green? I'm not so sure about green."
"Oh? I think it'll look good against the red highlights in her hair. What do you think, Donna?" Amanda asked.
"I'm not sure." Donna thought for a moment. "Green would go with the red, but... seems too dark for my tastes. Maybe a lighter shade?"
"A nice pale green." Dana nodded.
"Well then, girls, lets start looking!"
Donna gave Amanda a mock salute as she began rifling through the racks. "Yes, ma'am!"
Dana laughed. "Start hunting!"
In moments, Amanda had gathered a few green items in her arms, and handed them off to Claire. "Here, I've got a few."
"Here's a nice one." Donna held the item out to Claire. "You don't have to try it on if you don't want to."
"Oh lord, Donna, what did you give her?" Amanda called from the other side of the store.
"You should try them on...I mean you don’t have to by them...but..."Dana coaxed.
Claire groaned. "Fine, fine."
"Nothing you wouldn't approve of! Nice and sweet!" Donna called to Amanda.
"Nice and sweet..." Amanda shook her head. "At some point we're going to have to stray from the 'nice and sweet'..."
"I am nice and sweet." Claire lied
"Riiight."
"There's nothing wrong with nice and sweet," Donna whispered to Claire.
Dana snickered. "Sweetie all men appreciate a bit of racy and daring sometimes."
"Sometimes, but you have to work up to that, right, Claire?" Donna asked, looking for support.
"Nice and sweet is good when you want something," Amanda said, walking by. Her arms where full of various bits of clothing.
Claire nodded at Donna. "Nice and sweet works."
"I guess we shouldn't take you two to buy toys then." Dana chuckled.
Blushing, Donna turned back to the racks of clothes and didn't say anything
"That's probably a safe bet, Dana." Amanda said, grinning.
"Very safe bet." Claire agreed. "What are you two getting?"
"Um, this." Amanda pointed to her very full arms.
"If I buy anything Matt will run screaming." Dana said rolling her eyes.
"Let me guess, you have Duncan's credit card?" Donna asked, clearly amused.
"Or some other poor man's whose credit will soon be ruined."
"Oh no... I only use Duncan's credit card when I'm buying dresses... Last lover's paying for this one. Two bad the man's dead now, he would have liked some of this..."
Donna narrowed her eyes almost mockingly. "Nice thing to say around a homicide cop... but how is the credit card still active, dare I ask?"
Dana smirked amused.
"It's mine. He willed me everything after he passed away. He was so sweet too... Thought I was his old lover’s daughter, and not really his old lover." Amanda shook her head, a small smile playing on her lips. "Ralph really was a sweet one..."
Donna shook her head. "I keep forgetting that whole never-aging thing..."
"It's easy too sometimes." Dana agreed.
She looked up at Amanda. "Must be hard, sometimes."
"Sometimes. But then you move on and start over. I suppose it works for people like me. I can't stay in one place for very long... but for Duncan? He likes stability. Connor too. They don’t like change much and would be very happy, I think, living in the middle of nowhere with nobody to bother them but the people they love."
"Still the same highlander boys they were hundreds of years ago eh?"
Amanda snorted, "That's an understatement."
"I think Duncan *is* your stability, Amanda." Donna smiled softly. "Maybe you just don't know it."
Amanda matched her smile. "I do always end up back with him, don't I?"
"How is your Highlander Claire?" Dana asked.
"He's comfortable." Claire said then laughed at how that sounded.
"You've turned him into an easy chair?" Dana asked laughing.
Giggling, Donna added, "You don't hear that everyday."
"He's safe and he's loving and he's just...he's Connor. He's everything."
Claire flushed and looked away
"Claire's in love," Amanda mock whispered, grinning.
"There's nothing wrong with that Claire." Dana told her giving her a hug.
"I think we're all in love," Donna agreed, resting a hand on Claire's shoulder.
Dana nodded in agreement.
Smiling softly, Amanda nodded. "It happens."

Dana entred the cafe, looking for Amanda. She was wearing her vest, she couldn't belive Matt actaully checked. "Hi Amanda.."

"Dana! It's good to see you." Amanda stood, giving the younger woman a quick hug and a kiss on the cheek.

"Nice too see you too. I don't get out much lately, so it's nice to see anyone." She sat down with a slight smile.

"House arrest?" Amanda asked, sipping from her water glass. "Men get like that."

"Glad to here I don't just have a strange one." She sighed shaking her head. "He actaully bloody checked me for my vest before I left." She rolled her eyes.

"Better safe than sorry, I suppose. But I remember being locked in Richie's apartment for a month. Wasn't terriably fun, espiecally since Duncan seemed to forget where I was."

"Heh, Matt only forgets I'm there when he goes through Adam's old journals. Sometimes he forgets to stop speaking latin." Dana chuckled.

Amanda raised an eyebrow. "Matt's going through Adam's journal? Anything good?"

"He won't tell me. Just oohhss and ahhss over the lanauges and such." Dana told her, as the waitress came by.

"Too bad," Amanda frowned. "I'll have to figure out a different for new gossip on Adam. I need to call him too," she muttered, after placing her order.

"Planing on testing my sercity system?" Dana asked after ordering too. A comso was defently called for today.

"Not that I was aware of," Amanda said, looking surprised. "We were planning on taking Duncan and going out for drinks. We owe him, after the roses..."

Dana sat back noding. "Give me the heads up if you plan anything more....initmate with Adam, Matt says he's tried to yelling for bleach." Dana chuckled.
She smirked. "Maybe you should get him a blind fold then. Or rather, tell him to stay home, and Nathan or Joe can watch."

"Poor Joe, I think Nathan might be the only watcher on that." She chuckled, siping her comso. "How's things for you been lately other than planing on courrpting the oldest boyscout?"

"Oh, it's alright. A little dull. I don't know whether to be thankful Adam's stalker is leaving me alone, or to be annoyed because he's harrassing my friends. I'm somewhere between the two right now."

"Matt says Adam is defently on edge over all of this. I feel bad that we can't do more to help. But cut off like we are...we can't even help Joe."

"I know. I feel like we've been split up and it's not safe. Of course, that could have been the point." Amanda toyed with her wine glass, before taking a small sip.

"Probably was. And we watchers...we aren't the best at working as a team. Or being the hunted."

"You really should try to team up. Honestly, we don't need you to follow us around all the time. Take some time to plan a battle stratgery."

"Oh we have been...watching you guys is almost a...well habbit. Plus your lives are our lives work." Dana smiled slightly. "I know it kinda of strange, but we all chose this life knowing full well what we were getting into."

"Are you still getting paid?" Amanda asked, curious.

She shook her head.

"Um, how are you suriving then?"

"Savings mostly. Watchers don't take many vactions, and usally our expsenses are paid for so.." She shurged again. "Most of us have a far sum saved up."

Amanda nodded, "Well, that's good to hear." The waitress came by, placing there food down for them.

"Don't worry Amanda soon you'll be able to go back to avioding us and lossing us." Dana chuckled.

She waved it off with her hand. "Oh, I do that anyway. Trust me, if I didn't want you to see something, you wouldn't be seeing it."

"I figured as much with you. Duncan or the other hand, probably doesn't even know there are cameras in the dojo."

"Heh, I do." Amanda grinned, picking through her salad. "Duncan's pretty much uncaring about them, as long as they're not in the bedroom. Not that is matters," Amanda said thoughtfully.

Dana snickered. "His *ahem* escapdes were well known in the acadmey."

Amanda grinned. "Really?"

"Oh yes. His and Connor's. Quite a few other women hated my guys for getting Connor as my frist assigment. Aparnetly they had notictions of true romance and such." She rolled her eyes again.

Shaking her head, Amanda sipped at her wine. "That's Claire's job. So, who else do they talk about over there?"

"Richie was making a bit of a stir last time I was by headqauters." She smiled slightly. "You always make quite a impression on the young men."

"Do I?" Amanda grinned. "I'm good at that, I think."

"Very. And of course some of your old cases would make my brothers drools but.."She laughed.

Laughing, Amanda shook her head. "Young childern these days..."

"Cold cases of any sort make my brothers eyes light up. Frankly I hope their children all deicded to becuase defenise lawyers..just for the irnoy."

Amanda laughed delightfully. "I knew a lawyer once. Swindled him so very nicely..."

"Well there does come a time when ever lass needs a lawyer...for one thing or another eh?" Dana smiled.

"He deserved it."

"I'm sure he did." Dana said smoothly. "Whose this Kit fellow though? Old boyfriend?"

Amanda snorted, then started to giggle. "Oh lord no! Not Kit O'Brady! He hates me!" She was laughing to hard to make a full sentence.

Dana laughed softly. "Well there was just so make tension between you too..."She winked. "Poor man, you really like to torment him dont you?"

Taking deep breaths, Amanda smirked. "You see, Dana, Kit thinks I cheated at a card game years ago. Through my winning did bring him a, er, few years of bad luck. I didn't cheat though. I'm just better than him."

"I take it you couldn't just let him win once to let the man get his confendance back eh?"

"Ah, no. Kit O'Brady is not allowed to win because I let him. It's much more fun to watch his face everytime I beat him"

Dana shook her head laughing.

Grinning, Amanda drank her wine. "How are things with you and Matt?"

Dana sighed frowning a bit. "I wish I really knew. He spends more time worrying about me then actaully spending time with me."

"Ah, it's like that. At least you know he cares."

"I know, I should be happy. But I feel stiffled, and for gods shakes I was found myself flirting with Will the other day. Not that I think he noticed but.."

"Maybe Matt needs some reminding why you're with him?"

She flushed slightly. "I'm not sure how I could do that...its not like our sex life is lacking.."

"Well, there's more than just sex..." Amanda smirked.

"That is why he's with me." Dana pointed out.

"Of course. Maybe you should just tell him you're not happy with the amount of time he spends with you and want more of it."

"Maybe." Dana smiled slightly. "Thanks Amanda."

"Of course. I don't know how big a help that was though."

Will came by earlier to return the cuffs and I lent him my extra set of leather ones. I'm glad things seem to be working out for Nathan and Will, they're both great guys. Will reminds me of my oldest brother a bit. Anyways he helped me go through a tons of old files, and I think I've traced back about the times things started getting wonky with the watchers.

Last November the council elected a new Director. It might have nothing to do with what’s going on now, but I'm willing to bet his reasonable for a lot of the new policies. I just can't understand how he'd get all these policies past the council. Which is why I always thought this was the councils doing.

Now I'm not so sure.

Matt was a bit irrated with me for leaving like I did when we had made plans and for taking one of his tapes. But we worked things out quite well I think.

Dana slipped into the bedroom slightly disappointed Matt, wasn't waiting up to scold her or at the least take her over his knee. Sighing she started to change into her nightgown.
Matt shifted, hearing Dana's entrance. He opened one eye then resolutely shut it again.
"Matt, I'm home." Dana said softly slipping into the bed. She slid an arm over his waist.
Murmuring sleepily, Matt turned slightly.
Dana nuzzled his throat. "I'm sorry."
"You went out..."
"I know. I'm sorry...."She bit her lip.
"No you're not." He mumbled, turning back over to bury his head in his pillow.
"Matt. C'mon.." She leaned over a little to look at him. "You didn't want to anyways."
"Want to what?" Matt mumbled into the pillow.
"Tie me to the bed." Dana sighed.
Matt sprang up and grabbed her, rolling her over to pin her to the bed. "Oh no, I didn't want to do that at all."
Dana gasped, she hadn't expected him to do that. "Matt?"
She blinked up at him in the dark trying to read his face. "I thought..."
"I got the bedroom all nice and clean, and you slip out leaving me a note and an apple?"
She swallowed. "Sorry?"
"Sorry... yeah, great. You go out drinking and giggling, you take at least one of my tapes, after all but promising a night together, and you say sorry?"
Dana squirmed slightly under him. "I didn't think you really wanted to!"
"You could have asked." Matt rolled off of her.
"I said I was sorry!" Dana grumbled, turning on her side away from him. "What are you going to do spank me for being naughty?"
He reached out and swatted her ass. "Yes."
She yelped softly not expecting that. Looking over her shoulder at him, she chewed her bottom lip wondering if he was serious. "How bad have I been?"
"Not too bad, but bad enough." He caressed her ass for a moment before swatting her again.
She rolled on to her stomach, whimpering softly. "How many does that get me?" Dana asked him with a shy little smile over her shoulder.
"How long were you gone?"
She mental counted. "Four hours."
"Hmmm, I don't know if four is enough..." He swatted a third time. "No, not enough."
Dana gasped his time, half arching towards his hand. "Not enough." she agreed.
"Maybe two for each hour?" Matt grinned. "And one more for the tape you took. I know which one it was."
She nodded. "If...you think that’s enough to punish me."
"For now." Matt delivered two more stinging slaps.
Making a little cry, she griped the sheets. "I won't sneak out like that again." she promised.
"No you won't," he agreed, spanking her again. "Especially not when we have plans." And again.
"I won't! I promise." She told him between cries and gasps.
One more swat and he paused. "And you're very sorry?"
"Yes. Very sorry." She nodded biting her lip half hoping another blow would come, half hoping it wouldn't.
He leaned down to kiss the back of her neck. "Apology accepted," he whispered, before he spanked her one last time.
She whimpered softly. "I love you Matt."
He lay down next to her and kissed her again. "I love you too Dana."
She turned onto her side, cuddling against him.
"So you liked that?" he asked, wrapping one arm around her and using the other to pull the blankets over them.
"You could tell huh?" She said smiling against his chest.
He laughed. "It was rather obvious."
"That why I love you, so observant." Dana chuckled.
"Oh, so that's why you love me?"
"Well one of the many reason." Dana told him.
"Good, I was thinking I'd have to do some addition..."
She leaned up again kissed him.

Had a great time out with Amanda and Donna. Defently have to do that again, but drag Claire and Amy along too. I'm tired and a wee bit tipsy off very very good wine. But I had fun. I forgot how much fun girls night could be.

And the veiwing materail was wonderful. Good idea Amanda.

Matt's already in bed, so I'm going to go see how mad he is at me. Maybe I should have told him instead of sneaking out and leaving a note?

Ah nothing makes a girl feel more at home than high tech security system. Hopeful Matt won't ask well I managed to find all the parts for my new little toy, either. I do adore all these new digital controls, and the cameras just keep getting smaller. When the Council gets it head out of it's collective asses, I'll have to send a write up to accessions on some of the new technology that could make our jobs so much easier.

By the way, Adam, yes I did notice that three of the tapes are missing. I do still have the master copy though. Me and Matt owe you dinner by the way for your help and I won't take no for an answer. How does Italian sound?

Need to remember to write Uncle John a thank you note. You should too Matt, the reports from a certain trace just came. Very interesting.

Joe I'm working through my contact but most of them are reluctant to talk.

Adam's an alright guy and he's helped us more than we've had a right to ask him. But still I'm not sorry I chased him off so I could have Matt to himself. We did need to break in the bed again...

"At least it’s not a tree house." Dana said looking around the apartment, half wondering if they could actually afford the rent.
"I'm not that sadistic, and a tree house wouldn't be nearly as secure." Adam shrugged. "It'll do for now, and it's covered for the next three months."
"Did think you would be, Matt just made a comment about a 'club house'..."She shook her head grinning slightly.”We'll pay you back."
"I can wait," Adam said with a small grin. "So you got shot at, and Keller got a phone call from Las Vegas? Vegas isn't exactly a Watcher hot spot."
"No it isn't. He had some trouble there apparently. I've got people looking into it." Dana said walking over to the window, eyeing the locks. She already had a plan to reinforce the door, and install surveillance devices.
"I'd offer my help but I know no one in Vegas." Adam shrugged and trailed after her.
She smirked slightly. "Don't worry my mother’s family as a few 'ties' in that area. Who won't be happy to find out little Dana being shot at."
"Oooh, Mummy has some friends... I'll make sure to stay away from Las Vegas."
She made a face at him. "Spare me. Why'd you decided to help us anyways? You don't seem to have much love for Watchers."
Adam shrugged. "I wouldn't say that. I was one of you for quite a few years... more than once actually. And I know how it feels to be hunted."
She leaned against one of the walls, folding her hands over her stomach. "I suppose you would." Dana looked over at him. "Matt's picking up a case of beer if you'd like to stay for dinner. Least we can do and I can promise I'm not the one cooking it."
"That's a very kind offer; I might take you up on it. I'm sick of cooking for myself." Adam paced around the main room. "I picked this place because the only windows are in the back. No good for drive-by's"
"I noticed good eye. Matt doesn't pick apartments thinking of things like that." She shook her head tutting softly. "I love the man, but I wonder sometimes how he's stayed alive this long."
"Luck?" Adam suggested. "That was my strategy for a good long while."
Dana laughed. "I think so. I prefer plans, though I'd much rather be obseribving then actually acting on them." she shrugged slightly. She was deliberately avoiding the subject of Joe's daughter.
"Well, I'd have to agree with planning now. Plans are good. Some things you cannot plan for though."
"You sound like a cop." Dana said.
"Do I? I don't know enough cops to judge. Few think to plan for something happening to someone they love. Everyone plans for themselves." Adam replied.
"You sound like my dad, he always told my brothers that you can't plan for everything." Dana told him, she glanced at her watch. Trying not to worry about Matt.
"I've tried. Your best bet is to just be more ruthless than whoever is after you." Adam wandered into the next room.
"We need to find out who’s after us first." She laughed, following after him into the kitchen.
"True."
"God where is Matt." She muttered to herself, finally she sighed. "Have you heard anything about Joe's daughter?"
"Nothing new. And believe me, I'm looking." He shook his head. "I don't know what's going on with the Watchers these days, I thought this was something like Spain... now I'm not sure."
"Joe's a wreck." Dana said shaking her head. "I wasn't sure who was a bigger wreck at the time, Matt Nathan or Joe."
"Not you though?" Adam looked up.
She shrugged slightly. "I don't have a problem with people shooting at me. When its Matt or someone else I care about it a different subject."
Adam nodded. "Speaking of which, shouldn't he be back soon?"
"He should be." She frowned slightly fretting. "I swear to god I'm going to put a tracking device on that boy."

A banging on the front door interrupted Dana. "Hey! My hands are full, someone get the door?" Matt called from outside.
"No go away we're having wild sex in here." Dana called back as she walked over to the door. She glanced through the peep hole. "Note self: Get some cameras out in the hall..."she muttered opening the door for Matt.
Matt kissed her cheek as he entered, dropping the boxes in his arms just inside the hallway. "There's more in the car, Nathan's said he'd bring the rest over later."
"If he's not getting drunk again." Dana said rolling her eyes, heading out to the car to help bring in more.
Matt rolled his eyes and rubbed his shoulder.
"You take it easy on that shoulder. Let Adam help bring in more.” She told him looking a bit worried.
"I find you a safe apartment and then I have to move you into it?" Adam shook his head and headed out for the car.
Matt sighed. "It's fine, just unused for a week or so. I wasn't doing any heavy lifting with Will around, that's for sure."
"He's the cooking, Adam. Never annoy the cook." Dana laughed.
"That's right!" Matt said. "The steward is the most important person on a ship... of course, this isn't a ship."
"I'll keep that in mind if I ever get it into my head that I want to spend a few days seasick," Adam said, his arms full of photo albums. "Keller, do you need to cart all this around? Get a storage unit or something."
"No Matt, dear. This isn’t." Dana rolled her eyes brining in a few more boxes.
"Matt like's his photos."
"Yes I do. But you're right, I really don't need to have them with me all the time." Matt sighed and sat down in one of the two chairs they had instead of a couch.
"You see Matt this is why I lived sparsely. An air mattress and some milk crates..." Dana grinned brining in two of the suitcases.
"I have to agree with Nathan, a bed is an essential item," Matt said, standing to go into the kitchen and unpack a bag of groceries.
"Air mattress is bed." Dana yelled to him.
"And I'd have to agree with Keller there. If you're not camping, why be without a bed? And no, an air mattress does not count." Adam smirked.
She stuck her tongue out at them both. "What’s for dinner oh chief?"
"Chicken pot pie. It's frozen. But that means I don't have to pay attention to it."
"Ah, just don't let me touch the oven. It probably burn just to spite me."
Matt laughed, coming back into the living room. "Probably true."
"Don't have to agree with me." She muttered, glancing over at Adam as she brought in the beer. "Beer?"
"For a beer I won't question the burning thing." Adam laughed.
Dana laughed opening the case of chilled beer and handing him one before taking the rest into the kitchen. "I can burn water."
Adam laughed. "I see."
"I can make grilled cheese sandwiches with an iron, and soup in a coffee maker...but if it making food the correct way. I ruin it."
Matt shook his head and grabbed a beer. "You're not that bad Dana, you made Mac and cheese the other night without a hitch."
"Only because you and Nathan double checked everything I did." She got out her own beer, making a face at him.
"But before, we wouldn't have even let you attempt it."
"I know where you sleep Keller.” She mock threatened.
"Yeah, on the air mattress I assume if I don't shut my mouth now." Matt took a swallow of beer as Adam chuckled.
"Watch it, or it'll be the car." She leaned over nipping his nose.
"Yeah, I'm gonna shut up now."
"Or I could tie you to the bed." She whispered in Matt's ear with a wicked grin.
"I heard that." Adam said, smiling. "Maybe I should go home, leave you two to get settled."
Dana blushed a bit pink.
"Thank you for the beer, you have my number and I'm right around the corner." Adam stood and grinned.
"Adam really stay for supper, I did invite you."
"No, I really should go. Matt's blushing, that's a good sign."
"Thanks for your help Adam."
Adam nodded at them as he made for the door.
Matt stood to walk him out. "Really, thanks. I'll steal that tape of Dana's if you want..."
"I'm not giving you the tape!” Dana yelled from the kitchen.
"I know where you hid it!" Matt yelled back. Adam laughed.
"I have copies!"
"No, that's fine, I'm sure she made a few copies." He shook Matt's hand and left.
Dana talked out with a bit of a swagger. "So Mr. Keller...alone at last.."
"Should I be scared?"
She slid her arms around his neck, kissing him. "Depends."
Matt kissed her back. "On what?"
"On who’s going to be tied to the bed tonight."
"Isn't that going to be me? Because I was fairly sure..."
She grinned again, nibbling at his neck. "Silk or leather?
Matt bit his lips together and tried to think. "Uh... leather."
"Mmhmmm...Mine..."She purred nuzzling his throat. "Go get undressed.."
Matt didn't answer, pulling away reluctantly to go to the bedroom.
She smacked his ass playfully as he walked by
Matt bit back a yelp. When he got into the bedroom he quickly stripped and waited.
Dana came in a moment latter holding the leather cuffs her shirt unbuttoned. "Shoulder up for this?" she asked, pressing a kiss to the shoulder.
"I think so," Matt said. "Yeah, it's fine."
Her fingers trailed up his chest and down his arm. Grasping his wrist she cuffed first one hand then the other. "Scoot back." She ordered him gently.
Matt scooted.
She attached the cuffs to the head board. "Now what to do with you...."She wondered aloud, running her hand down his chest.
Matt smiled and shifted himself to ease his arms.
"Tell me if your shoulder starts hurting." She told him, even as she nibbled down his throat. Her fingers stroked his stomach muscles.
Matt nodded, moaning a little at her touch.
She kissed him hard, twisting on of his nipples slightly. Dana straddled his legs.
Gasping, Matt tried to move his hips.
"Good boy." She murmured bowing her head to suck on the nipple she'd just tortured. The denim of her jeans rubbed against him slight as she shifted.
Matt bit his lips together and leaned his head back, closing his eyes. He tried to move his hips again.
She twisted the other nipple before soothing that one also with her tongue and lips. After several moments for torture she raised onto her knee's striping off her shirt and bra.
Matt opened his eyes and looked up at her. He grinned and raised his head.
She leaned down a little bracing her hands on the head board. "You look fucking hot like this Matt."
He grinned wider. "Glad you like."
"Prat." She accused rocking her hips.
Matt bucked his hips against hers, pulling a little at the cuffs.
She kissed his again, biting his tongue. "Want something?"
Matt nodded.
She rocked her hips again, before sliding down his body. "You’re going to have to tell me, Matthew..."She purred.
"I want you..."
"You do?" Dana asked smiling as she blew across his arousal.
He moaned. "I do, I want you Dana."
"You'll have to be more precise than that. What do you want me to do?” She asked, running her tongue over the head of his cock.
"Mmm..." Matt momentarily lost the power of speech. "Ahh... please... suck..."
Dana took him to her mouth and started to suck, bobbing her head slightly. Her hands stroked his thighs.
Matt's hips bucked in response. "Oh..."
Dana hands came up to curl around his hips, as she drove him to the edge then lifted her head.
"Damn..." Matt gasped.
She slid from the bed, unbuttoning her jeans and pushing them down her hips. Stepping out of them, her panties soon went the same way. Reaching into the nightstand she pulled out a condom as she straddled his hips again.
Matt was breathing heavily, his skin slick with sweat.
Rolling the condom down over him, she leaned forward to kiss him. "I love you."
Matt kissed Dana back. "I love you too."
Dana positioned herself over him, then slowly inch by inch took him into her body. She let out a soft cry of pleasure when he was fully seated.
Matt rocked against her, gritting his teeth.
Her hands curled around his arms and she rocked back against him.
"Dana, I'm close." Matt gasped out, shaking against the restraints on his wrists.
She captured his mouth with hers, kissing him fiercely as she rocked a few more times before coming herself. Crying her pleasure into his mouth.
Matt shuddered and groaned against Dana, feeling himself pulse inside her.
Dana collapsed on Matt's chest, panting.

Last night

I still can't belive they found us so quickly. We'll have to find a new place, but at this point I have no idea where.

As mad as I was at him last night...I wish my god father was still in town. Having him lecture me about even thinking about going out vestless, would at least take my mind off my arm. Bloody hell it hurts, and it was only grazed. My head doesn't feel much better.

I'm still trying to figure out why they'd use blanks...

Wish I'd know Matt didn't mind my little kink earlier..... Damn your cast Will (Really thanks Will, but what the hell no sex for a week?)

"Nice cast." Dana grinned brining Matt a plate with pizza on it and a beer.
"Thanks," Matt replied glumly.
Dana sighed softly sitting down on the side of the bed. "I'll sleep on the couch the next few days."
"Might be wise, though lonely." Matt winced. "I hate this."
She bit her lip nodding. "I'm sorry...I know it hasn't been easy. And I've been a bitch of late."
Matt shook his head and took a bite of pizza. "Don't sweat it Dana, I'm a grouch too."
"It gets better. My god father is coming to town."
Matt closed his eyes and bonked his head against the headboard of the bed a few times. "Wonderful."
She leaned over kissing his nose. "I'm sorry. I tried to talk him out of it. But between the fire and him knowing I'm in the same city as 'Nash.' Christ, I never should have become a watcher."
Matt did his best to resist reaching for Dana. "Then we probably wouldn't have met. We'll survive."
She sniffed slightly. "It's going to be interesting explaining your injury to him."
Matt sighed. "Yeah, we'll have to come up with a good story."
She laughed suddenly. "I could just tell him the truth. It's so crazy he just might let it drop." Dana shook her head. "He means well. I'm his only godchild. Really his only family out side my dad."
"Well let's just hope we can pass it off as a fluke accident." Matt shifted a bit. "Dana honey sweetie love, would you do me a favor?"
"Yes, Matt?" She raised an eyebrow.
"I have this itch... I've had it for hours. And I can't bend..." Matt looked at her pleadingly.
She laughed. "Where's the itch them, babe?"
"Lower back. And actually... my right knee too." Matt was whining now. "You have no idea how itchy you get when you can't move."
"Aww...my poor baby." she reached around to strach his back.
Matt sighed in relief. "Thank you, oh thank you. Anything you want..."
She leaned up and purred in his ear. "When you get better...you tied to the bed."
Matt raised a brow. "Really?"
She grinned. "If you’re not up for that...I could always talk to Will." She teased, scratching his knee.
"Oh no, I'd be happy..." He grinned back. "Just hadn't realized."
"I wasn't sure, if you'd be alright with it. That sometimes sends men running to the hills." she told him.
Matt shook his head. "And just how do you plan on securing me?"
She flushed slightly. "Well I do have some leather restraints."
"Leather huh?"
She nodded with a small smile.
He reached his good arm to tickle her. "I like leather."
Laughing, she leaned over and nipped his nose. "Good because so do I and I'm so going to kill Will for this no sex rule."

Really having my God father here this weekend....its going to be...<strike>painful</strike> intersting.

Oh this is SO not what I need right now. My god father Ron Garfeild has decided he needs to take vaction days from the force and come check up on me. Great. Just freaking great.

And he went off about the whole Nash case again. Will I think I'm going to need some pain killers for the head injury I'm going to get beating my head against a wall.

Dana was getting ready to go out on her shopping trip with Amanda and Claire when her cell phone rang. “ ‘ello Brooks here.”

“Dana? It Ron Garfield, I’m sure you remember me being your god father and all…”

“Uncle Ron, stop it that joke wasn’t funny when I was ten...” Dana laughed.

Garfield chuckled on his end of the phone, the sound of the police station in the background. “You doing alright? I heard from your mother your apartment got burned.”

Dana sighed, rubbing her temple. “I’m fine, I wasn’t even in the place when the fire was set…and before you ask no they don’t have any leads yet. They think it was just some kids being stupid.”

“I’m just worried about you, Dana. You are my only god child, and with you being so close to that nut Nash…”

“Uncle Ron, would you leave the man alone already. That case was years ago and he had nothing to do with my apartment burning.” Dana grabbed her hat, from the coat rack then checked her gun. She hated the idea of shopping with Kevlar and a gun but unlike Claire and Amanda is someone shot her dead on…she wasn’t getting back up.

“There’s something off about him, Dana. And don’t tell me you don’t follow him around…”

“You’ve been checking UP on me? God, Uncle Ron that’s kind of creepy. I’m a big girl and I know what I’m doing. Will you just trust me?” She refrained from banging her head against the wall.

“I’m coming over there, I have a flight on Friday.”

“Uncle Ron, no. I’m fine really.”

“Look Dana, someone set fire to your apartment, and you would have been there if it wasn’t for your young man, right?” He insisted.

Dana sighed exasperated. “Yea, but…”

“If everything is really fine, just think of it as a visit to meet this boy of yours. You two can show me around. I’ll call you with my flight number later.”

She groaned. “Alright, fine it’s not like I can stop you. Bye Uncle Ron.”

Matt got shot in the arm. But he'll be okay...I think I'll drive him nut with worry but he'll be fine. Me I'm pacing and acting like my mom did when dad got shot...but I'm sure I'll be snarking and bitchy again in no time.

I'm worried about Claire...she....well I have no right to say what happen. I know Connor will take care of her but she's my friend.

I do wish we could have found Stevens...I don't like losse ends.
